CANTRELL-GRIFFIN BUSINESS BROKERAGE DIVISION REFERRAL PROGRAM

 
 

Cantrell-Griffin Business Brokerage Division offers agents the opportunity to be paid a referral fee on Business Opportunities which are sold through the Business Brokerage Division.

How does the Referral program work?

  • Submit a referral form with your name, email address, phone number, and address at any time as a qualified individual, company, partnership, or other legal entity as a candidate whom you personally know wanting to either buy or sell a business. Each referral must be individually submitted.

  • A referral form must be turned in to the Manager of the Business Brokerage Division for approval or rejection. The determining or qualifications for approval or rejection will be made exclusively by the Manager of the Brokerage Division. (If your referral is rejected you will be given a written reason on the referral form why your referral has been rejected). When your referral is accepted you will be given an e-mail confirmation that your referral has been accepted for a period of six months upon receipt of acceptance.

  • Within seven days from the date of closing on a transaction where you were the approved agent you will receive a referral fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the referral side of commissions paid at closing on the transaction.
